Mogashan is a very popular weekend getaway from the buzzling Shanghai. Most people go there to enjoy the beautiful nature and clean air while staying at nice luxury jacuzzi resorts. I need to try that. I staid at a local guest house where room for two was the price of a wine bottle, the beds had rock solid mattresses and the host welcomed us by lying in his underwear on the couch watching TV. But I also didn't go there for relaxing as the purpose of the trip was to participate in my first Triathlon. Me and P took part as one team, he was supposed to do 2/3rd , swim and bike, and I was supposed do the last part, run 5 km. P did his part with a style (I almost reported him missing he was so slow in the swimming) and he actually ended up by doing my part as well as I never showed up to the transaction place. Instead of running 5 km I took a wrong turn when going to the transaction area and walked 5 km in the opposite direction . I have a reputation of being a bit easy going and I seemed to have lived up to it this time. The last photo was taken of us at the finishing line and captures exactly how happy Mr P was to finally see me.
