Metallica

My SnapChat Inbox (the best thing that has happened to the Internet since Online shopping) has been full of live concert snaps the last days. The reason being the biggest music festival in Iceland, The Iceland Airwaves, going on this weekend. How much I would like to be there with my crew right now. Anyway instead I am finally doing a post about the the last big concert I went to see, the Mega Rockband Metallica. I drowned everyone with snaps from that one so I guess I had this round coming (please don't stop people I love to wake up to the party snaps). I had seen Metallica live fifteen years ago at the Roskilde Festival but at that time the priority was more partying than seeing the bands I paid a fortune to see play. And when the Metallica concert was going on back then me and my girlfriend were busy taking a little nap, the reason being little bit too much drinking I guess and also we were as far from the stage as possible (closer to the beer tents). This time my focus was solely on the band and I only had one beer to make sure I wouldn´t doze off this time. I defiantly didn´t need to worry about that as the concert was amazing, what an energy these 50+ rock goods have and you could clearly see and feel they still love what their doing after all this years. To top the amazing concert, the day after I met the drummer Lars Ulrich in person when he came wondering into the shop I work in with his 20 cm taller supermodel girlfriend. I pretended not to know him (Don't know why and I think he saw trough that) and afterwards when I was like OMG guys you know who that was my Chinese college had no idea, to them he was just another rich guy with a much younger trophy girlfriend, a very common thing here in Chinaland.
