Few days ago when I realised it was less than three weeks until I will mostly be wearing bikini (I am spending Christmas in the Philippines, yeiii!) I started to go to my gym again. The gym I am talking about is very well located and totally free, it is called YouTube. All you need is some floor space, preferable soft, and Internet connection and then you just find a good work out video and start sweating. It´s so convenient and easy I really should do it more regularly but the thing is I just like to much to sleep in the morning and am to hungry (and lazy) when I come home from work. Excuses Excuses.
My favourite YouTube personal trainer is Cassey Ho. She has hundreds of workout videos called POP Pilates on YouTube and also her own website called Blogilates.com where you can find everything about healthy lifestyle from her point of view. Cassey is a total nut-case equipped with the amazing self confidence so many Americans seem to have and the ability to talk endlessly and be super overexcites about the smallest things. Her over the top jolly attitude and her corny phrases like "train like a beast look like a beauty" and "run with your heart when your legs get tired" somehow get to me ( Mr P runs for cover as soon as he hears her voice) but her videos are also very good ( and short which I like). It´s nice to see how far she has come since I first started doing her work outs three years ago. Back then she was doing the videos herself in her apartment but now she is a very famous blogger with her own website and clothing line. Take a look at two of her not so normally titled videos below, "the love handle hysteria" and "muffin top massacre" and dont be scared I promise she will grow on you.
